Tri-Tech Surveys has successfully completed a diverse array of projects, employing cutting-edge techniques such as drone surveys, utility mapping, setting out, and building surveys across Halifax, Huddersfield, Mytholmroyd, and Hebden Bridge. Additionally, we have undertaken substantial large-scale works for Rochdale Council.
In the context of these accomplishments, it’s noteworthy that the Calderdale Local Plan, adopted on 22 March 2023 with Full Council approval, is a pivotal document superseding the Replacement Calderdale Unitary Development Plan from August 2006. This plan is instrumental in achieving the Council’s core objectives, including addressing the climate emergency, reducing inequalities, and fostering the development of robust and thriving towns and places.
Aligned with the Vision 2024 for Calderdale, which centres on the themes of distinctiveness, resilience, and enterprise, the Calderdale Local Plan serves as a framework guiding planning decisions. It delineates the strategic locations for new jobs, homes, and services, and its policies play a crucial role in guiding investment and development while ensuring the preservation of the natural and historic environment.
Moreover, the plan facilitates adaptation to climate change and contributes to the realisation of high-quality design standards, thereby supporting the overall goals and priorities of Calderdale Council.
