Investing in the Future Through Our Apprentices...

At Tri-Tech, we recognise that the future of our industry lies in the hands of the next generation of skilled professionals. That’s why we take immense pride in our apprenticeship program, which is designed to cultivate talent and provide aspiring geospatial specialists with the tools, knowledge, and real-world experience they need to have great careers. Currently, we have three apprentices, each at a unique stage in their journey.

Cavan - Level 3

Cavan has been with Tri-Tech since March 2022 and has already made significant strides in his career. Recently, he completed his Geospatial Survey Technician Level 3 certification at Riverside College, Widnes & Runcorn.

Alongside this, Cavan earned his Level 3 qualification in Utility Mapping & Surveying, equipping him with a strong skill set that positions him well for the next phase of his geospatial journey.

His experience at Tri-Tech has been both diverse and rewarding, allowing him to apply his academic knowledge to real-world challenges. With a solid foundation now in place, Cavan is ready to take on more complex tasks, contribute meaningfully to our projects, and continue growing within the company.

Callum - Level 2

Callum is another promising talent in our apprenticeship program, having joined Tri-Tech in September 2023. In just a short time, he has immersed himself in our industry, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience.

Callum’s enthusiasm and dedication have been evident from day one, and we are excited about his upcoming educational endeavours.

This October, Callum will embark on the next stage of his training, enrolling in the TSA Surveying course and pursuing a Pro Qual Level 3 certification in Engineering Surveying at The Survey School. These courses will provide him with specialised knowledge and skills, enabling him to take on more responsibilities and further contribute to the success of Tri-Tech.

Louis - Level 1

Our latest apprentice, Louis, recently joined the Tri-Tech family, bringing with him a fresh perspective and an eagerness to learn.

As the newest addition to our team, Louis is currently in the early stages of his apprenticeship, where he is gaining valuable experience both in the field and in the office.

Like Callum, Louis will benefit from the mentorship of our experienced staff, who will share their expertise and guide him through the complexities of the industry. As he progresses, Louis will also have the opportunity to pursue formal qualifications, solidifying his position within the team at Tri-Tech.
