Routes into Our Industry
With National Apprenticeship Week this week, we’ve been reflecting on the many talented members of our teams at Tri-Tech and Site Surveying Services who have entered our industry through Apprenticeships, T-Levels, and other training pathways. We have always believed in the importance of these routes, as they help bring new talent into the industry while also supporting our existing team in developing their skills. We believe that supporting the next generation of surveyors is key to meeting the increasing demands of this industry and contributing to the continued growth of the wider surveying sector.
Building on this experience, we are pleased to announce we have developed our own Pathway to Surveying— a specialist, industry-focused route into surveying. By combining hands-on experience with professional training and recognised qualifications, the programme gives aspiring surveyors the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career.
Our trainee surveyors will work alongside experienced professionals on diverse projects and learn to use cutting-edge technology like laser scanners and GPS equipment, gaining hands-on experience in real-world environments.
In addition, trainees will progress towards a formal surveying qualification through The Survey School—the UK’s only commercial training centre accredited by The Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

We’re looking forward to our team expanding even more soon and seeing how our new starters develop and grow within the industry.
