How land surveyors can support architects

How land surveyors can support architects.
The role of the land surveyor is vitally important when working alongside an architectural practice.
In order for a project to commence, the architect looks for the correct profile of the land with all existing site features, such as fully grown trees, vegetation which needs to be retained, surface variations and undulations.
Any electrical lines, telephones lines, pipework and drainage features which are on the site are all important and the absence of this information can cause costly mistakes in the design and planning of a project.
Surveyors are the only profession that can produce a representation of what exists in the real world and at Tri-Tech we understand and fully appreciate the value of all the information that is required in the design and planning process.
Get in touch with us if you have any geospatial surveying requirements, we are happy to assist you with projects big and small.
