The Importance of Apprentices in Business.
At Tri-Tech we currently have three apprentices, each one at a different stage in their Geospatial career path.
Cavan has been with Tri-Tech since March 2022 and has just completed his Geospatial Survey Technician Level 3 at Riverside College Widnes & Runcorn. Along with his Level 3 in Utility Mapping & Surveying he now has the skills to further his Geospatial journey.
Callum joined us last September 2023 and in his time with us he has gained valuable knowledge about our industry. He is now enrolled to start his TSA Surveying course and Pro Qual Level 3 in Engineering Surveying at The Survey School in October. Once he has completed both he will be able to implement his new skills in his role at Tri-Tech.
Louis is our newest apprentice and has not long joined the Tri-Tech family.
Like Callum he will spend time learning on site and in the office from senior staff members and in time go on to study to gain his Geospatial qualifications.
Providing a supportive environment and nurturing young talent through an apprenticeship definitely develops a sense of loyalty to our company and in turn helps create engaged staff members who can grow as our business grows.
Watch this space for more of the adventures of the 3 ‘Geospatial’ Amigos as they follow their career path in the surveying world.
